Early Submissions

Dear Conference Participants,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a special arrangement we have implemented for those participants who require a visa to attend our upcoming conference.

Understanding the complexities and time constraints associated with visa applications, we are offering an option for early paper submission. If you are in need of a visa and wish to take advantage of this opportunity, you may submit your paper by January 15th.

To facilitate, we have set up a fast-track review process. This process is designed to expedite the review of papers submitted early, ensuring that you receive the final result by the first week of February. This timeline is intended to provide you with ample time to apply for and receive your visa, thereby ensuring your ability to attend our conference.

We strongly encourage participants who require a visa to consider this option. It is our goal to make the conference as accessible as possible, and we hope this arrangement assists you in your planning and preparations.

Please feel free to contact our paper review chair Dr. Janet Lin by email: janet.lin@ltu.se if you have any questions or require further information. We are here to assist you in any way we can and look forward to your valuable contributions to the conference.

Regards,

Conference chairs.
